The TPZ Italia Comfort Plus seat cover is the most advanced seat cover TPZ Italia makes. TPZ Italia builds two comfort layers into the cover: a VIBRASTOP anti-vibration layer and 23-26 mm (about 1 inch) of memory foam. You don't need a separate gel pad, because both layers come inside the cover. The Comfort Plus seat cover installs over your OEM seat.

Long-distance riders get the most out of the Comfort Plus. The two layers cut vibration and spread your weight, so your lower back, tailbone and glutes hold up better after hours in the saddle.

What is the VIBRASTOP layer?

VIBRASTOP is a 3D open-cell honeycomb polyurethane layer that sits between the outer cover and the memory foam. TPZ Italia added VIBRASTOP for the Plus version, and the VIBRASTOP layer is what separates the Comfort Plus from the standard TPZ Italia Comfort seat cover.

The VIBRASTOP layer:

• absorbs engine vibration and the small hits from road seams and rough pavement
• takes pressure off your tailbone, lower back and spine
• makes the seat feel softer without giving up support
• keeps you steadier and more relaxed on long days

How does the memory foam work?

The memory foam is a 23-26 mm layer under the VIBRASTOP layer. Memory foam reacts to pressure, so the foam shapes itself to your posture as you ride. The foam spreads your weight across the seat and cuts the pressure points that build up on a stock seat over a long ride.

Materials and colors

Material colors can look slightly different from the photos. TPZ Italia matches the material to your motorcycle's original colors.

The PVC is waterproof and holds up to sun, rain and dust. An anti-UV treatment protects the color from fading. Double stitching and heat-taped seams keep the cover together, and the material resists fuel, oil and strong cleaning products, so you can wash the seat with whatever you keep in the garage.
