The Yamaha FZ-07 2015-2020 LED headlight bulb does fit this bike, but it needs one extra step. The stock rubber dust boot behind the headlight has to be trimmed slightly to clear the LED bulb. Nearly every LED headlight bulb on the FZ-07 needs this. It's normal practice. Sometimes, experienced installers miss this step too.

Your Hayabusa runs a hydraulic clutch, not a cable. The reach dial sets how far the lever travels before it contacts the master cylinder pushrod. Your dial is probably sitting too far out. That setting leaves dead travel at the lever. Dial it in toward the grip and the play tightens up.

Bleed the clutch next if the lever still feels soft. Gen 1 Hayabusa hydraulics trap air easily. Your 1999 fluid is also long past its service life. Fresh DOT 4 firms the lever back up.

Leave a little free play in there. The master cylinder piston has to return fully.

Rick, thank you for flagging this on the front stainless brake line kit for your 2008-2014 Yamaha YZ250.

Here is what happened. The banjo fitting rotates along with the banjo bolt as you torque it. That rotation drags the line around and leaves the twist you are seeing. Hold the banjo fitting steady with a wrench while you tighten the bolt. The line then seats flat.

Get the twist out before you ride it. A twisted line loads the crimp and can chafe on your fork.
