I actually put this on a Kawasaki Vulcan S 650. Doing this solves the exaggerated nose diving when getting off the throttle. Definitely gets the Vulcan S to the 6k rpm range sooner, where the 650 actually wakes up. Great alternative to going the " booster plug" route. Much cheaper and simpler too.
