GPR Powercone Evo Full System Exhaust for the Aprilia Tuono 660 2025-2026
Swap the stock exhaust system and its silencer (muffler) on your 2025-2026 Aprilia Tuono 660 for the GPR Powercone Evo full system. Hand-brushed 304 stainless steel forms the cone-shaped body of the Powercone Evo, with visible TIG welds on the cone. The kit contains a removable DB killer.
Why Riders Pick It
- Everything in the box. No structural modifications are needed on the Tuono, since full system, brackets and accessories ship in the box.

- Hand-brushed stainless steel. You get brushed stainless steel on both the body and the end caps.
- Italian made. Made in Italy by GPR, the Powercone Evo comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty.

Installing It
A dash message reading "engine failure" can appear after an aftermarket exhaust is installed. Only an additional control unit clears it. Read the instructions in the package before installing. There are no structural changes to make when you install it. GPR suggests having a professional fit it.
In the kit: full exhaust system, removable DB killer, brackets and fittings.
Questions Riders Ask
Could the Tuono show an engine failure message after the install?
It might. GPR notes that an aftermarket exhaust can bring up that message, and an additional control unit is the only fix.
How long is the warranty?
GPR gives a 2-year international warranty.
