GPR Powercone Evo Full System Exhaust for the Aprilia Tuono 660 2021-2024
The GPR Powercone Evo full system fits the 2021-2024 Aprilia Tuono 660 and takes the place of the stock exhaust system and its silencer (muffler). Hand-brushed 304 stainless steel forms the cone-shaped body of the Powercone Evo, with visible TIG welds on the cone. Expect a removable DB killer in the kit.
Why Riders Pick It
- Everything in the box. No structural modifications are needed on the Tuono, since full system, brackets and accessories ship in the box.
- Removable DB killer. A removable DB killer (baffle) is part of the kit.
- Hand-brushed stainless steel. The body and the end caps are both brushed stainless steel.
- Italian made. A 2-year manufacturer warranty covers the Powercone Evo, which GPR makes in Italy.

A dash message reading "engine failure" can appear after an aftermarket exhaust is installed. Only an additional control unit clears it. Read the instructions in the package before installing. You can install the kit without structural changes. GPR recommends that a professional do the installation.
In the kit: full exhaust system, removable DB killer, brackets and fittings.
Questions Riders Ask
