GPR GP-Revo Black Titanium Full System Exhaust for the Aprilia Tuono 660 2021-2024
Want to change the stock exhaust system and its silencer (muffler) on the 2021-2024 Aprilia Tuono 660? The GPR GP-Revo Black Titanium full system is the part for it. The GP-Revo marks 20 years of GPR in the MotoGP, Moto2 and Moto3 world championships. In the box: a removable DB killer.
Why Riders Pick It
- Everything in the box. No structural modifications are needed on the Tuono, since full system, brackets and accessories ship in the box.
- Removable DB killer. The kit contains a DB killer (baffle) that you can take out.
- Ceramic-treated black titanium. GPR matches a matte black titanium conical silencer with matte black end caps.
- Italian made. Made in Italy by GPR, the GP-Revo Black Titanium comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty.

Installing It
A dash message reading "engine failure" can appear after an aftermarket exhaust is installed. Only an additional control unit clears it. Read the instructions in the package before installing. You can install the kit without structural changes. GPR recommends that a professional do the installation.
In the kit: full exhaust system, removable DB killer, brackets and fittings.
Questions Riders Ask
Could the Tuono show an engine failure message after the install?
It might. GPR notes that an aftermarket exhaust can bring up that message, and an additional control unit is the only fix.
How long is the warranty?
GPR gives a 2-year international warranty.
