GPR Grand Prix Evo Titanium Full System Exhaust for the Aprilia Tuono 457 2024-2026
The GPR Grand Prix Evo Titanium full system fits the 2024-2026 Aprilia Tuono 457 and takes the place of the stock exhaust system and its silencer (muffler). The Grand Prix Evo marks 20 years of GPR in the MotoGP, Moto2 and Moto3 world championships. Expect a removable DB killer in the kit.
Why Riders Pick It
- Everything in the box. Your Tuono needs no structural modifications: full system, brackets and accessories are in the box.
- Removable DB killer. A removable DB killer (baffle) is part of the kit.
- Brushed titanium. Matte black end caps sit on the brushed titanium conical silencer.
- Italian made. A 2-year manufacturer warranty covers the Grand Prix Evo Titanium, which GPR makes in Italy.

Installing It
A dash message reading "engine failure" can appear after an aftermarket exhaust is installed. Only an additional control unit clears it. Read the instructions in the package before installing. The kit goes on without structural changes. A professional installer is what GPR recommends.
In the kit: full exhaust system, removable DB killer, brackets and fittings.
Questions Riders Ask
Could the Tuono show an engine failure message after the install?
It might. GPR notes that an aftermarket exhaust can bring up that message, and an additional control unit is the only fix.
How long is the warranty?
GPR gives a 2-year international warranty.
