Do I need to cut my fairings to install this exhaust?

Yes — lower fairing modifications are required. The Slash Sidewinder exits at a different angle and position than the stock exhaust, so the lower fairing must be trimmed for clearance. Voodoo includes fairing modification templates in the box to guide you through exactly where and how much material to remove.

What happens to the oil cooler with this exhaust installed?

The oil cooler is eliminated as part of this exhaust system installation. Voodoo includes the full oil cooler elimination kit — all necessary hardware and components — in the box.

Does this exhaust fit all GSXR 1000 years?
