- Two straps with hook-and-loop closure, along with a slot on the underside, enable fast and secure attachment to a seat or rack
- Reinforced sides, a padded lid, and cinch straps guarantee a stable, secure fit even when going fast
- Things stowed in the outer pocket or mesh compartment in the inside of the lid are particularly close at hand
