Our goal is to make your experience on our website both enjoyable and secure. For this reason we have set forth the following terms for proper use of our site.
Your privacy is very important at Sixty61. Our privacy policy is provided to explain how information is collected on our website and how that information is handled once it has been collected. While you are using Sixty61.com in any way you must abide by the rules set forth in this privacy policy in addition to the terms of use. During the checkout process we must collect personal information in order to correctly process your transaction. This information includes your name, address, email address, and credit card information; you may optionally provide use your telephone number and additional comments. The information collected during registration is used primarily to process and ship your order. If you chose to register for an account you will also be required to create a unique user name while a unique password will be generated on your behalf for security reasons. You may change your password at any time by logging in to Sixty61.com and clicking the change password link from your account home page. If you forget your password or user name at any time you may request them to be emailed to your registered email address from the forgot password link on the login page. For security reasons, Sixty61 does not store sensitive credit card information on our servers. This is done to protect your account information against any fraudulent activity. To view your account history you may click the orders link from your account home page which will allow you to view all previous orders, associated shipments, and track your packages. To view or change any account information you will need to log in using your user name and password. Occasionaly, unless otherwise requested during the check out process, Sixty61 may share information about our customer's with affiliated companies and other reputable third party vendors in order to enhance the service we provide. Cookies Small text files stored on your computer's hard drive, cookies are used by Sixty61 to enhance your shopping experience. Cookies are also used to speed up the browsing experience and web site performance while using the Sixty61 web site. They are used to personalize your experience while using our web site. Finally, we also use cookies to remember your information when you come back to our site. This functionality is activated when the remember me check box is clicked. To turn this functionality off simply uncheck the remember me check box. Sixty61 does not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. Children under the age of 13 should have their parents fill out required registration information.
The security of the information regarding your order is very important to us. We use the 128-bit Secure Socket Layer protocol to transmit your credit card information to our credit card processor. SSL technology encrypts your credit card information to protect it from being decoded while it is being sent to the credit card processor.
Terms
All purchase over the internet must be paid with a credit card. All orders that do not process due to payment or quantities on hand will be held until payment is made or the order can be filled, all others will be processed and go out on the respected day and arrive using UPS from Florida.
Warranty
All products manufactured by Sixty61 are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship. Defective products will be replaced or credit given at our option. Sixty61 makes no other warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. Sixty61 will not be held liable for any loss or damages incidental, direct or consequential from the use of, or inability to use, Sixty61 products. Use other than specified voids warranty. Any alterations to product or product mounting area also voids warranty. Sixty61 products are guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturer's own terms of warranty.
Returns
Sixty61 products will be accepted for return provided a return authorization is obtained within ten (10) days of receipt of product. If return is caused by customer error, a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee will be charged. Custom, special order, hand made components from Sixty61 will not be accepted for return.
Shipping
All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. All orders will be processed within 7 business days after the order is submitted and will be shipped out the following business day.
Disclaimer
Sixty61 spiked motorcycle accessories are for show only, not for road use. Purchaser assumes responcibility for all risks or injuries to others and self. Each participant must assume the responsibility to assess safety aspects of facilities, conditions and equipment, and must assume all risks.
Limits of liability
The information, software and services included in or available through this site may include inaccuracies or errors. In no event shall Sixty61 and/or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever, arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.
